2020 Children and Young People's Workforce Strategy: The Young Voice Report Summary

In October 2008 WCL were commissioned by the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) to carry out a review of recent consultations and provide an overview of the views of children and young people about the children’s workforce to help inform the Department’s decisions about future workforce development strategy.

This report sets out the results of that review. It consists of information taken from 140 documents and consultations and covers children and young people’s views on the quality of the workforce, and how well people work together to support them.
